Air/Oil Separators
We bring you over 300 models of
air-oil separator elements that
are made using a cylindrical or
pleated design of micro glass
with a variety of flanges,
gaskets and kits. These are
available in 5,10, 25, 40,
60,100,150, 200 and above
Microns.
These separators have air flow
capacities of up to 3000 CFM /
element with 0.3- 10-micron
aerosol selectivity and up to
99.9% removal efficiency.
These elements work upto 225° F
operating temperature at 50 PSI
DP maximum differential
pressure.
A variation of these air-oil
separator elements are the Mist
Eliminator Elements which are
used for the elimination of ale
oil smoke and mist from
mechanical and rotary vacuum
pumps.

Suction Strainers
We manufacture world-class
Suction Strainer. Our Filter
Suction Strainer Elements
are designed for
installation into suction
lines of pumps. Extra
caution should be taken to
ensure that the suction
elements are always mounted
below the minimum oil level
of the reservoir.
Our standard models have
nominal filtration ratings
of 74 or 125 microns. The
suction strainer elements
can also be supplied with a
bypass valve to reduce high
pressure drops caused by
contaminated elements or
high viscosity fluids during
cold starting. The bypass
valve opens at 3 psi. For
best results, suction
strainer elements are sized
for clean element pressure
drops off no higher than
0.5-.07 psi.
